Award-winning Business Woman Rita W Bologna (Nee Jobanputra) has over 30-year experience in starting and building new businesses.

Rita is a Court Assistant of The Company of Entrepreneurs and Patron to the Trust. She focuses on giving back to young entrepreneurs and university students to help build their future in the world of business.

She is an inspirational leader with a reputation in London for her diverse business acumen across various sectors from IT recruitment, publishing to corporate events, PR and tech. She has a unique talent for transitioning strategy into action and achievement. Through her inspirational and infectious enthusiasm to help other businesses, Rita has now been a not-for-profit Business Strategist and Mentor for many years, assisting companies to thrive and survive.

Rita was born in Tanzania and arrived in the UK when she was two years old. After being raised through humble beginnings, Rita’s father later in life through hard work and tenacity achieved the Million Dollar Table in his career and became well respected in the UK for his business empire. This gave Rita the inspiration she needed to succeed. After leaving college in Leicestershire Rita began to make her mark. She went to London trained as a Journalist and Marketer and very quickly became Head of PR and Marketing for some of the best IT recruitment and publishing companies in Mayfair.

Identifying benchmarks and maximizing revenue opportunities, she was able to develop and market programs to generate revenue exceeding organizational goals. Rita eventually fulfilled her inner ambition to educate and she proudly graduated with The General Management Certificate of Achievement at The Cambridge Judge Business School.

‘Rita is the Queen’s Gate Ward Panel Chairman working with the Metropolitan Police to ensure residents feel safer in Kensington. She is the Chairman of the Conservatives Queen’s Gate Ward in Kensington and the Chair of Kensington Court Residents Association. Rita is enjoying giving back through many hours of voluntary work’.
